Segments for any cross-section
The high corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties of POLYCRETE® have proven themselves in segment lining in the same way as for decades in demanding use as jacking pipes, egg-shaped profiles, manholes, and structures.
Due to the simple shaping, segments can be quickly and cost-effectively produced as angular elements. Even for short sections, it is possible to find an economical solution. The wall thickness of the segments can be precisely adapted to the static requirements: depending on the load-bearing capacity of the existing channel, as a load-bearing element, as a partially load-bearing element, or as a lining for protection against further corrosion.
POLYCRETE® segments are subject to continuous further development and constant quality monitoring. Project-related external monitoring with digital dimensional control guarantees smooth installation on site.
